A weather desk built around your town.
OH HAIL NAH!! Weather puts three things in one place: radar-led severe-weather coverage, official warning information, and plain-language guides to help you prepare.
Weather first. Always.
- The radar and warnings take center stage on the stream.
- Narration is automated (synthetic voice).
- Official warnings always take priority.
What you'll find here
Behind the radar
What radar shows, and what it can't tell you. Read the weather guides.
Your town's weather
Ask a local weather question in the YouTube live chat during coverage. Watch live coverage.
The storm brief
Follow coverage and official warning information as things change. Open the radar and warnings.
Past broadcasts live on the OH HAIL NAH YouTube channel and are marked as recorded once they end.
Where warning information comes from
Official warnings come from the National Weather Service. This coverage gives you a place to follow along and understand the weather. It does not replace official warnings or local emergency instructions. Weather data on the site shows its source and when it was checked.
Support the coverage
Coverage, radar and location alerts are free. If you'd like to help:
- Subscribe on YouTube and share a broadcast with someone in the storm's path.
- Pick up something from the merch store.
- Shop through the gear picks. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
A paid supporter membership was previewed here earlier. It isn't open, and nothing is charged. Building a storm plan? The storm checklist is free.
