Store shipping and returns

Applies to purchases from the OH HAIL NAH store. Updated October 15, 2026.

Shipping and digital delivery

Physical merchandise is made to order. Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Shipping options and charges shown at checkout apply to the selected items and destination. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; weather, customs and carrier delays can affect arrival. Items may ship separately. Any applicable import charges are the customer's responsibility unless the checkout explicitly includes them. Confirm your address before ordering; contact zachary@ohhailna.com promptly if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment starts.

Products identified as digital downloads are delivered electronically and have no physical shipping. Follow the download instructions supplied with the order. For access problems, contact zachary@ohhailna.com with the order number.

Returns, defects and missing orders

For made-to-order merchandise, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a color preference or an incorrectly selected size. Check the product's size information before ordering. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email zachary@ohhailna.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Do not send an item back before receiving instructions. For confirmed fulfillment errors, we will not charge you for the agreed remedy or any return shipping we require.

If an order has not arrived, contact us promptly and within 30 days after its estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider. These reporting windows do not reduce any rights or longer deadlines required by applicable law.

Digital downloads are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns once supplied. Contact us for missing, inaccessible or defective files so we can restore access, supply a corrected file or provide a refund where appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Scope

These policies apply only to purchases from the OH HAIL NAH store. Purchases through Amazon or another affiliate merchant follow that merchant's checkout, shipping and return terms. Free weather alerts and Business Alerts staging are separate; this policy creates no paid alert subscription.
